Basketball Fitness CLass

What Is This About?

School PE Classes, Basketball Teams, Community Centers/Clubs, Youth Programs, Church Youth Groups, School Break Camps... THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!


The Basketball Fitness Class has been designed to  teach  all youth/students/athletes,  allowing them to reach a fitness goal through the sport of basketball.  Because of COVID 19, this class is a way to social distance and still offer the ability to stay in shape and improve skills.   This class is FUN and COMPETITIVE!  It will push the student or athlete to the next level, through learning how to control their body in a smaller space.  


Everyone in the class will develop and/or enhance the following skills:

  • Warm-Up
  • Stretching
  • Cardio with Strength Building 
  • Agility
  • Push-Ups
  • Sit-Ups
  •  Lunges 
  • Pump Fake Squats
  • Ball Handling, Five Core Dribbling Drills - Pounding the Ball, Cross-Over, Between the Legs, Behind back (wrap & straight), In & Out
