Many individuals are capable of performing tasks, however Mr. Gittens often pursued additional opportunities to further the goals and objectives of our program. He pushed student-athletes from challenging backgrounds to exceed their own expectations and was a key contributor to their development on and off the court. It was the HIGHEST GROSSING FUNDRAISER in our church history. We have been doing this event every year since 2013.

Tim Gittens is one of the most hard working, dedicated, honest, trust worthy, family oriented, and intelligent people I have ever met.
I met Tim 7 years ago when I treated him for a knee injury. His incredible work ethic was demonstrated then as he did everything he possibly could to get back to playing. Because he was so determined, Tim recovered faster than we expected. This is just the surface of this man.
After we fixed his injury, Tim and I have become close friends. During the 7 years I have known him, I have been able to witness Tim as a coach, a mentor, a basketball player, and as a friend. He has impressed me in so many ways with the way he cares for his athletes, family, and friends. You can always count on him for motivation, an honest opinion, and a shoulder to lean on.
His knowledge of the game of basketball and his willingness to share that knowledge makes him one of the most elite trainers in the world today. He is ready to tackle any challenge, and ready to find ways to accomplish whatever task is put in front of him.

I could say so much about Tim Gittens. He's helped me so much with my game that I see things on the court I wouldn’t have seen in my previous years. His knowledge, tenacity and love for the game is why I will only listen to him when it comes to basketball. Till’ this day he pushes beyond measures, whether it be physical or mentally. He continues to separate himself through coaching, skill development, and through his players.
