After-School Program 

The program is designed to prepare and create real student-athletes.  The program has 3 sessions: 

1. Conditioning and Basketball Concept - In this section is all about getting the body in shape to perform basketball skills. The conditioning is about running, pushing ups, sit up and other various workout to condition the body.  Basketball Concepts is the drills that reinforce your knowledge of the game and skill. From ball handling, rebound, passing, shooting and offense & defense concepts. 
2. Hygiene/Body Replenishing - Discussions  After working out in the gym going through the condition and basketball concepts, they would cool down by changing their clothes, so they no longer have on wet clothes. Then a hygienist/nutritionist will talk and give the student athletes fruit and water.  
3. Study Hall -  This is for the student athletes to get ahead and create good study habits  Enforcing focus and a good routine.  

Appearances: Headache or Team Headache 

1. Headache – only Tim Gittens: guest appearances, photo shoots, interviews, features, or Headache playing in various events 
2. Team Headache –  team of basketball athletes that play worldwide at various sporting venues, programs, community events, fundraisers, schools  

Basketball Player Development

Design customized one-on-one training and/or group training programs.    All skill progress will be closely monitored while helping motivate clients become better athletes.   Works with various skill set backgrounds, from grade school to professional athletes. 

Camp/Clinic Facilitator  

Develop and Facilitate Basketball Camps or Clinics (services elementary to college) that build:  

1. Basketball Handling/Dribbling
2. Basketball Concepts 
3. Core 
4. Defense 
5. Endurance 
6. Shootings 

The camp/clinic will be customized to fit the needs of  your basketball team or school or organization.   There are various options, such as: spring break camps, summer camps, weekend camps, weekly clinics, 3-day clinic, or a 1-day clinic.

Coach-Ups

Individualized Training Sessions and Group Sessions offered to schools, districts, programs that want to enhance their coaches skills, knowledge and connection with their student-athletes; building a successful program.

Fundraiser Coordinator/Event Planner   

Creating unforgettable, memorable and lucrative events for various organizations 

Motivational Speaker  

International and National guest speaker, inspiring and encouraging student-athletes, men's groups or youth via conferences, clubs, organizations, schools, colleges...
